First Five Months: Learn to Earn

Customers in their 5 months can earn up to $100 Loyalty Shopping Dollars by watching short videos and answering a few simple questions.

• Start earning your Loyalty Shopping Dollars in your first month of enrolment.
• Redeem Loyalty Shopping Dollars by watching short educational product videos online.
• Once dollars are earned, $40 are available to spend in month 2.
• $20 are available to spend in months 3 – 5.
• Use your Loyalty Shopping Dollars to purchase FREE products!
• Earn all $100 in your first 5 months as a Melaleuca Preferred Customer
• These Loyalty Shopping Dollars do not expire as long as you remain a Preferred Customer.

Month 6 and Beyond: Shop to Earn

Once you have been a customer for 5 months, you can earn up to 20% in Loyalty Shopping Dollars when you shop and watch videos.

• Every time you place an order online, you will be eligible to earn Loyalty Shopping Dollars.
• Continue to earn up to 20% on every order you place.
• The earlier in the month you shop, the more Loyalty Shopping Dollars you earn.
• Earn 20% in Loyalty Shopping Dollars when you shop by the 16th of the month.
• Earn 15% in Loyalty Shopping Dollars when you shop after the 16th.
• Sample reward calculation: Placing a 41 point order by the 16th earns you $8.20 Loyalty Shopping Dollars (41 points x 20%).
• The dollars you earn will now be available to unlock by watching videos in the Learn to Earn Gallery.
• Once unlocked, your dollars are immediately available to spend on your next order.

How to use your Loyalty Shopping Dollars

To purchase an item with Loyalty Shopping Dollars, simply place the item in your shopping cart and click the checkbox next to "Purchase with Loyalty Shopping Dollars." The points and price of those items will then be removed from your shopping cart. Remember, you must meet your monthly product point commitment in order to check out with your Loyalty Shopping Dollar purchases.

Most Melaleuca products can be purchased with Loyalty Shopping Dollars. Loyalty Shopping Dollars are not earned on Backup or Select Pack Orders.

Other Program Terms

Loyalty Shopping Dollars cannot be used to purchase specials, packs, products without points, discounted items, and sales aids; or to pay for shipping, handling or taxes.

Loyalty Shopping Dollar redemptions can only occur with a minimum Product Point order and a $2 handling fee, applicable shipping, and taxes will apply. No Product Points will be given for products purchased in whole or in part with Loyalty Shopping Dollars.

At the time of cancellation or discontinuation of Preferred Customer status, Preferred Customers will forfeit all Loyalty Shopping Dollars in their account.

Melaleuca reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Shopping Dollars program without notice at any time.
